28th-29th June 2010
The Graduate Student Meeting on Electronic Engineering is an event with 8 plenary talks by prestigeous researchers, targeting important topics in nanoelectronic and photonicdevices, circuits and sensors. The final programme is not complete yet, but the following talks are confirmed:
- Andrea Lacaita (Politecnico di Milano). Physical modeling of
nanoscale memories.
- Etienne Sicard (INSA, Toulouse). "Electromagnetic Compatibility of
Integrated Circuits, Advances and Issues"
- Georges Zissis(Univ. Paul Sabatier, Toulouse). "Light sources and
Lighting:a challenge for the sustainable development process."
- Giuseppe Iannacone (Univ of Pisa): Ballistic and semi-ballistic
transport modeling in nanoscale devices.
- Eugeni García-Moreno (Univ of Balearic Islands, Spain): Radiation
effects in semiconductor devices and integrated circuits.
Students are invited to send abstracts for oral or poster
presentations at the Graduate Student Meeting on Electronic
Engineering. The deadline is June 14. Proceedings will be published.
